Located between the Mekong River and Phousi Hill, this museum offers insight into the country’s history, culture, and royal traditions. Then, visit Wat Siphoutthabath Tippharam, a beautifully adorned temple known for its murals and its symbolic connection to Buddha’s footprint. Conclude your tour with a climb up the 328 steps of Phousi Hill, a sacred site offering panoramic views of Luang Prabang’s old town, the Mekong and Nam Khan rivers, and the surrounding mountains. The last visit at Wat Siphoutthabath, It is an impressive Buddhist temple located in the heart of the old town of Luang Prabang city in Laos. The name translates to the footprints of Buddha in the local language. The temple is known for beautiful murals on the outer walls of the ordination hall(sim) and the interior walls containing paintings depicting Buddha's teachings and the path to his enlightenment.
